Software bill

Six subscriptions, one system, your data.

Most firms pay for tools that overlap, tools nobody opens, and tools kept only because the data is trapped inside. We replace them with one system you own, and route AI work to the cheapest model that does it well.

What firms ask us for.

  • “We pay for eleven tools and use six.”
  • “Two systems hold the client list and neither is right.”
  • “We would drop that CRM tomorrow if we could get our data out.”
  • “The AI bill doubled and nobody can say why.”

What we build.

Consolidation

The audit lists every subscription against the process it serves. Where three tools cover one process, we build the one that does it on your data and migrate out of the rest, with the exports and the cutover handled.

One system, owned

Intake, matters, documents, billing views and reporting on a store you control. Add a capability when the firm needs it instead of buying another seat license.

AI cost control

Every AI task in the firm routed to the model that handles it at the lowest cost that meets the quality bar, with a fallback when it does not. Spend reported per task type so the next bill is explainable. This is part of every build, not a separate product.

How it runs.

Nothing is switched off until the replacement has run alongside it. Data is exported in full and verified before a subscription is cancelled. You keep the exports either way.

Demo.

No standalone demo for this pillar. The intake, drafting and numbers demos together are the system that replaces the subscriptions.

Built and running

Proof — by the numbers.

One system we run takes a business from 27,167 service requests through booking, work order, invoice and contractor payout with no CRM, scheduler, invoicing or payout subscription in between. One warehouse we run replaces the reporting layer of four separate systems with 19 dashboards. 100,150 campaign messages sent through tooling we own rather than a per-seat platform.

Counted from the systems’ own databases, September 2026.

Common questions.

Is custom software not more expensive than subscriptions?

Over a year, often not. The audit puts both numbers side by side for your firm before you decide.

What if you disappear?

You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs in. Any developer can take it over; the handover documents are part of the delivery.
