AI systems that run the paperwork in professional services firms.

Law, accounting, notary, insurance and consulting practices. We build the systems that do the repetitive parts of running one: intake, engagement letters, conflict checks, billing reviews, partner reports. On the tools you already use, with a person signing off on anything that matters.

Where every engagement starts

A $1,500 audit before anyone builds anything.

We spend a few working sessions with the people who actually do the work, map every recurring process in the firm, and score each one on four questions: does it need to happen, does a person need to do it, can ordinary software do it, can AI do it reliably. You get a process map, a ranked list of what to automate and why, and a phased plan with a price on each phase. The audit fee is credited against the first build.

What we build

The work that eats a partner’s week.

Client intake and onboarding

An agent answers the first message, collects what you need, checks conflicts, and opens the matter with the engagement letter already drafted.

Intake and onboarding →

Drafting and firm knowledge

Engagement letters, contracts, memos and deeds generated from a short form. A knowledge base that answers from your own precedents and procedures.

Drafting and knowledge →

Billing, pipeline and capacity

Invoices checked against the engagement scope before they go out. Stale matters flagged. Who is over capacity and who has room, every Monday.

Billing, pipeline and capacity →

Firm numbers on autopilot

Partner and client reports compiled from practice management, accounting and ads without anyone copying cells. Ask a question, get the number.

Firm numbers →

Cut the software bill

Six subscriptions replaced by one system on your own data. Model routing that keeps AI costs flat as usage grows.

How it works.

Step 1

We look

The audit. A few sessions with the people who do the work, then a map of where the hours go: the intake, the chasing, the copying, the reporting.

Step 2

We build

Agents and automations wired into the tools you already use. No new software to learn, no migration, nothing to install on anyone’s machine.

Step 3

It runs

The work happens on its own, day and night. When the system is unsure it asks a person instead of guessing. We watch it, measure it, and keep improving it.

Built and running

What the systems we run have already done.

Across the businesses that run on systems we built. Counted from the systems themselves, not estimated.

216,000+ calls, texts and forms logged, transcribed and reported on
50,000+ texts sent automatically
7,455 documents signed electronically
6,271 leads routed to the right person, automatically
103,000+ notarial files indexed and cross-linked; 1,538 deeds read and parsed
160,000+ ledger rows parsed into monthly reports

Counts from the systems’ own databases as of September 2026. No client is named and no figure describes the size of any one business.

Questions, answered.

What happens to client confidentiality and privilege?

Client data stays in systems you control, under an NDA signed before any work starts. The systems we build read what they need for a task and log every access. Nothing is used to train a model, and no client file leaves your environment to a third party you have not approved.

Where does our data live?

In accounts you own, in the region you choose. We set up the infrastructure in your name and hand over the keys. If we stopped working together tomorrow, nothing would move.

What if it gets a clause wrong in a contract?

Drafts are assembled from your templates and the data on file, and every part the system was not certain of is marked for review. A person signs every document. The failure mode is a flagged blank, not a confident mistake.

Does this comply with our bar, licensing body or regulator’s rules?

The systems gather facts, draft, reconcile and report. They do not give legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not sign, file or bind. Before go-live we review the setup against your profession’s rules on confidentiality, supervision and client communication, and adjust it.

Who owns the system when you are done?

You do. Code, data, accounts and documentation. There is no licence and no lock-in to a model vendor; when a better model appears, the system can switch to it.

Do we have to change our practice management or accounting software?

No. We build on what you have and connect to it. Replacing a tool only happens when the audit shows it is costing you more than it gives, and then only with your data exported and verified first.

How much does it cost?

The audit is $1,500, fixed, and it produces a phased plan with a fixed price on each phase. You approve one phase at a time, and the audit fee is credited against the first.

How long does it take?

The audit takes a few working sessions. The first phase is usually live within weeks of the report, not months.

Is our firm too small for this?

If you have five people and one of them spends a day a week on intake, letters or reports, there is something worth automating. Below that, we will tell you so in the first conversation.

Will our staff actually use it?

Adoption is a phase in every build, not an afterthought. The people who do the work test the system, and nothing goes live until they trust it. Logins are not the measure; hours recovered are.
