A person signs
Our systems draft, check, reconcile and report. They do not sign, file, bind, or give legal, tax or financial advice. Where a decision carries weight it goes to the person whose name is on it, with the evidence attached — and when the system is unsure, it asks instead of guessing.
Your files stay yours
We work under an NDA signed before day one. Client data lives in accounts you own, in the region you choose, with every access logged. Nothing is used to train a model, and no file leaves your environment to a third party you have not approved.
You own what we build
Code, data, accounts and documentation. There is no licence and no lock-in to a model vendor — when a better model appears, the system moves to it. If we stopped working together tomorrow, nothing would move.
We will tell you when the answer is no
Most of what the audit finds fails its first two questions: the process should stop, or be handed to software you already pay for. Naming those is worth more than automating them, so we would rather hand you a shorter plan than sell you a longer one. If AI is the wrong tool for a job, we will say so.
